Some good news and training

Monday morning- everyone thinks only about Leo, in the morning player was in hospital and we all waited for news...

After an MRI taken this morning at the Hospital de Barcelona, doctors have concluded that Leo Messi has a sprain in the internal and external ligaments of his right ankle, but confirmed that there is no damage to the bones. Leo Messi will definitely miss the matches against Sporting and Bilbao this week after doctors confirmed their earlier diagnosis following the nasty foul he received from Ujfalusi on Sunday. His availability after these two games will depend on how he recovers from the injury.

Ujfalusi met with media and apologized Messi for foul, and stated it wasn't intentional. Well, sometimes it's too late to apologize.

The squad were back in training this morning, with the players who featured against Atletico Madrid doing mainly recovery exercises and 11 Barça B players joining the session. Whilst the players who featured on Sunday went through recovery exercises on the training pitch and in the gym, Víctor Valdés worked out with José Manuel Pinto and goalkeeper coach Carles Busquets.

And there are photos of course!

After training Villa met with press (read more here)
Villa commented: “we are lucky if he’s only going to be out for 10 days. Even so we’d like him to be still here as he’s a vital player for the team”. The Spanish striker also explained that he’d seen Messi this morning and: “he was better – he wasn’t in such pain and he was more confident about coming back”.

Ok, and now a HUGE news! Andres Iniesta is going to be a father!

"Hi all, just published my future parenthood. I just want to confirm the news and tell you that is a moment full of happiness for us all. However I'm very hurt by how ugly it is published. It is a very personal issue and forms that have been used to get the news disappointed me greatly. I hope you all understand that my partner and I do not want to deal with this issue, so wonderful for us, publicly, thank you very much and a hug."
