Our world champions will not go to Mexico

As Sport.es reports: players from FCB who played in World Cup in Spanish team will not join La Roja during trip and friendly game between Spain and Mexico, which is scheduled for Aug. 11th in Mexico City. Main reason for that is the fact that game is only 2 days after planned return of Barca players to trainings with team of Pep Guardiola. RFEF (Spanish Football Federation) planned initially that Valdés, Puyol, Piqué, Busquets, Xavi, Iniesta, Villa and Pedro join club to pass medical tests, and than without any training will participate in La Roja trip to Mexico. But Vincente del Bosque decided that players form Barca will not join Spanish team this time. Catalan club insisted that players should stay in Barcelona. It's very important also because on 14th of August FCB plays first game in Spanish Supercup.
